Winter Weather Guidelines
In the case of inclement weather, please be aware of the following:
- Treatment is a valuable resource and a priority. We intend to conduct business as usual if at all possible.
- Individuals with a fall-risk or limited driving capability should keep safety in mind when making decisions about attending appointments in the office. Consider asking someone to accompany you to the office if needed. In-office appointments may be changed to remote/online teletherapy sessions as an alternative.
- Please call to notify us if you do not intend to keep your appointment. Missed appointment fees will not be charged in the case of SEVERE weather, however this is at the discretion of the provider with whom you are scheduled.
- Unless you are otherwise notified by staff, we will remain open.
- Please adhere to the guidelines of any officially issued Snow Emergencies.
- All therapy sessions will be cancelled in the case of a Level Three Snow Emergency.
Safety first!
