Clinical Supervision & Consultation Opportunities
Midwest Psychiatric Center, Inc. is a private psychiatric practice owned by my colleague, Dr. Rakesh Kaneria. I provide therapy to adults and a small number of children/adolescents at this location. We can accept most commercial insurances, as well as Caresource (of Ohio Medicaid) and Medicare. Adult clients who work with me at MPC also have the option to see Dr. Kaneria for evaluation and medication management if desired or needed. Child psychiatric evaluation and medication management are not available with MPC. We are located in West Chester, OH near the UC West Chester Hospital, just off I-75, between Liberty Way. and Tylersville Rd.

Appropriate for Ohio LSW’s working toward independent license requirements. For those working in agency settings, approval from agency administration may be required, as Administrative Supervision and Clinical Supervision are two separate processes that must also work together. Please visit https://www.cswmft.ohio.gov/Social-Workers for information on State requirements for licensing and supervision.
At this time I cannot provider Clinical Supervision (toward independent licensure) to clinicians outside the state of Ohio.
Appropriate for practicing social workers looking to increase their knowledge of trauma intervention and trauma informed practice in a variety of settings. This can take the form of supervision for LSW’s working toward independent license requirements, or it can take the form of consultation and training for any clinician looking to expand their knowledge of trauma. We can discuss your individual needs to tailor our collaboration to suit your professional goals.
For those clinicians working on EMDRIA’s Basic Training requirements and/or EMDRIA Certification. Please click HERE for more information.
Offered through University of Cincinnati MSW Program. Available for current students only. You may contact the program coordinator, Shauna Aquavita with the UC College of Allied Health directly for details.
